girugamesh Reveals Album Cover Artwork Shot At World Heritage Site

Thursday, October 31, 2013

girugamesh has revealed the cover artwork for their new album, “MONSTER,” scheduled to be released on November 27.

The picture for the cover artwork was taken at Aokigahara, located at the foot of Mt. Fuji which has been recently registered as a world heritage. It is a fantastic picture taken in front of the infamous forest which once you step foot in, there is no coming back. With an artwork that is very different from any of their previous releases, we can’t help but to wonder what kind of sound it would come equipped with.

Furthermore, on November 30, immediately after the release of the new album, the band would be holding a show at Takamatsu MONSTER. All tracks from the new album will be played at this show that will be held at a venue with the same name as their new album. Advanced ticket purchases are available via the mobile fan club so don’t miss out on this premium event.
