TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE Attended the Largest J-POP Culture Fes. of the USA

It was announced that TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE will be attending the US’s largest J-POP culture festival “J-POP SUMMIT FESTIVAL” as a guest performer. It will be their first time to perform in the States.

“J-POP SUMMIT FESTIVAL” is a street festival that started in the summer of 2009 in San Francisco introducing mainly Japanese pop culture. As a event introducing different Japanese cultures such as music, movie, art, fashion, games, anime, food, etc., Kyary Pamyu Pamyu attended the event in 2013, which was the 5th time the event was held, and created a record of 80,000 visitors.

This year, along with the two performance stage by TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE, two films released this year in which they starred in, “Gakko no Kaidan – Noroi no Kotodama”, “Itsutsu Kazoereba Kimi no Yume” will be broadcasted in “Japan Film Festival of San Francisco”, a festival which composes the “J-POP SUMMIT”. Their stage greeting is planned as well, and this fest. is being filled with TOKYO GIRLS’ STYLE.

Attendance of J-POP/ anime singer May’n and Daichi famous as a human beat box has been announced, but other artists will likely be added as well. Also, “HARAJUKU KAWAii!!” event popular in Japan as a fashion event will be held as well.
