Tomoyasu Hotei to launch his first Asia tour in May

Tomoyasu Hotei just announced that he will launch his first Asia tour in May. This will be his first Asia tour ever. Hotei will perform at Hana Stage in Taiwan on May 12 and at Music Zone @ E-Max in Hong Kong on May 14. Details on the shows will be posted on Hotei’s official website. Tomoyasu Hotei performs with “Italy’s national treasure”, Zucchero. Amazing performance in front of 12,000 people.

Tomoyasu Hotei performed at Zucchero’s show as a special guest on September 17th at the historic Arena di Verona in Verona, Italy. His amazing performance fascinated the 12,000 concert guests that filled up the entire arena and won such a great applause. Tomoyasu Hotei is going to guest-star at Zucchero’s show held at Colosseum in September in Italy. Hotei played on Zucchero’s “Ti Voglio Sposare feat. Tomoyasu Hotei had his US shows titled “ BEAT 5~ Live in USA ~ Los Angeles & New York”, performing in Los Angeles on the 13th of July and on the 15th in New York. HOTEI moved to England and signed with overseas label Spinefarm Records. He will release his first overseas album, “Strangers”, on October 16. This album is based on “New Beginnings”, which was released in Japan last October. Tomoyasu Hotei signs with overseas rock label

Guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei announced that he has signed with overseas rock label, Spinefarm Records. His first release on the label will feature American “punk rock icon”, Iggy Pop (67), on guest vocals. The song is called “How the Cookie Crumbles” and will be digitally released in the UK and Europe under his “HOTEI” moniker on June 15.
